Jimmy Loh is managing partner of the Singapore office. His expertise covers financial services, consumer products, industrial products and information technology. In the past fourteen years, he has recruited senior level executives in the Asia region in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, including several President, Managing Director, Vice President and General Manager positions.

Jimmy joined the firm after 20 years in the executive search, management consulting and banking industries. Prior to joining Ray & Berndtson, he was a founder and managing director of an executive search firm in Singapore. From 1989 to 1995, he was vice president with Citibank in Asia and had responsibility for credit, sales, service quality and operations management. Earlier, Jimmy was senior consultant with PA Consulting Group in Australia and Singapore. He has managed and consulted in over 50 assignments in strategy, human resources, process improvement and total quality management. Jimmy has Asia wide business and work experience, has lived in Taipei and Sydney, and is a frequent traveler to Hong Kong and China.

Jimmy holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore.
